for the following purposes

1. To receive and consider the Executive Committee Report and minutes from 8 March 2009 Annual General Meeting;
   
2. Election of Executive Members;
   
3. Update on OMB;
   
4. Fundraising;
   
5. To transact such further business as may be properly brought before the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING SHALL BE ENTITLED TO VOTE AT THE MEETING.
