Hi, Interesting proposal, I suppose, though incomplete. Is access to/from Silvercreek Parkway North to be made impossible? If so, the plan is utter nonsense and I doubt will ever get off the ground. How does one get across the (northern) railway tracks, or is that to be eliminated totally? Virtually no parkland is provided for. Is access to/from Hanlan Parkway to be considered?
