Peer Review of Retail Demand and Impact Analysis: Hanlon Parkway and Wellington Street Lands
In August 2006, a peer review of the Retail Centre Market Demand and Impact Analysis was completed for the City of Guelph by Clayton Research. The result of that review is available in this 45 page report (pdf format).

Retail Centre Market Demand and Impact Analysis
In September 2005, a study was conducted by Tate Economic Research Inc., on behalf of Silvercreek Developments Inc. This study examined the market demand and potential impacts of a proposed 450,000 square foot retail centre at the former Lafarge site in the City of Guelph. The result of that study is available in their report (pdf format).
